Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Previouslyspecific Plumbing wants previouslyspecific.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber in our network, or email contact@previouslyspecific.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@previouslyspecific.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
